David Patrick

David is Owner of NCM, and a mitigation banking project sponsor and bank operator with projects under development throughout the northern great plains and intermountain west. Other experience includes President of Eco-Asset Holdings and Founder and Principal of Helena, Montana based Eco-Asset Management, LLC, a management consulting group that evaluates, develops and operates mitigation and conservation banks throughout the western U.S. Previously David was a founding partner and the initial Director of Operations for Ecosystem Investment Partners, a $30M, investment initiative to finance market-based conservation activities; President of two natural resources contracting firms (Illinois-based Heartland Ecosystem Services, Inc. and Frontier Resource Management, Inc. in Montana); and founder and Executive Director of the not-for-profit Zahniser Institute for Environmental Studies (ZIES) at Greenville College, a co-curricular program oriented toward public lands stewardship.
